This Privacy Policy explains how Rogue Phoenix Games ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play our games and use any related services, websites, or features.
In this policy, "our Games" means any game, application, website, or related online service developed or published by Rogue Phoenix Games. This single policy applies to all of them.
By playing our Games, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health, biometric, or financial account data) through our Games.
We use the information we collect to:
Operate, maintain, and provide our Games and their features;
Create and manage your account;
Save and sync your game progress;
Respond to support requests and communicate with you;
Analyze how players use our Games so we can fix bugs and improve gameplay;
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
Send you service-related or, where you have opted in, promotional communications; and
Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: third parties that help us run our Games, such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and email delivery providers. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.
Platform and online service providers: if you access our Games through a platform or store (e.g., the Epic Games Store, Steam, App Store, Google Play, or a console store), that platform's own privacy practices also apply. We also use Epic Online Services (provided by Epic Games, Inc.) to support features such as player accounts, online and multiplayer functionality, and related game services. When you use these features, certain information may be processed by Epic in accordance with Epic's own privacy policy.
Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of us, our players, or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred to the new owner.
We use third-party tools to understand how players interact with our Games. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data through SDKs integrated into our Games. These may include analytics and player-services tools such as Epic Online Services and [e.g., Google Analytics / Firebase / Unity Analytics / your provider here]. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our Games and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Nevada residents: Under Nevada law, you have the right to submit a request that we not sell certain "covered information" we collect about you. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information; however, you may still contact us to submit a request.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at roguephoenixgames@yahoo.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
⚠️ Important — you need to make a decision here. This section is the single most significant compliance issue for video games, because many games attract players under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). Laws such as the U.S. COPPA and the EU GDPR impose strict requirements on collecting data from children, including verifiable parental consent. Choose the version that matches each of your games and delete the other. If different titles target different audiences, you may need game-specific language.
Option A — Our Games are NOT directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data:
Our Games are not directed to children under the age of [13/16], and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at roguephoenixgames@yahoo.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Option B — A game IS directed at or likely to be used by children:
Additional protections apply, and you will likely need verifiable parental consent and a child-specific privacy notice. Consult a qualified attorney before launching, as the requirements are detailed and the penalties for non-compliance are significant.
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access our Games from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within our Games. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
